Second extension The second extension consists of a stainless steel folded box section AISI 316. Inside the structure are housed the lifting cylinder (stainless steel and chrome plated stem, carbon steel sleeve) and the second extension motor. Also in this case, all the mechanisms are made of stainless steel AISI 420. Hook and pulleys made of stainless steel AISI 316 L and AISI 420 complete with cable. The transport chains are made of carbon steel and are equipped with a surface protection treatment that is particularly suitable for working in marine environments. The lifting kinematics is made with a cylinder actuated by an hydraulic control unit. This cylinder is connected to the hydraulic control unit for the operation of the door and located in the garage; A special reel guarantees the passage of the flow.
